About Hope Network

Transforming lives and fostering hope since 2009 — championing health, rights, and economic empowerment across Taita Taveta County and beyond.

WHO WE ARE

A Trailblazer in Health, Rights & Empowerment

Rooted in a deep commitment to dignity, empowerment, and self-determination, Hope Network works to create a society where health, rights, and economic opportunities are accessible to all.

Our work uplifts individuals affected by HIV, TB, and non-communicable diseases, while championing human rights and equitable access to healthcare, justice, and economic opportunity.

Based in Taita Taveta County, our reach extends nationwide through partnerships with the Global Fund, PEPFAR/USAID, Kenya Red Cross, AMREF Health Africa, and the County Government.
